The Who have released two new songs! "Real Good Looking Boy" and "Old Red Wine." These are the first new Who songs since
Fire and Dig, from Pete Townshend's Iron Man in 1989. The last Who album with new Who songs was It's Hard
from 1982. You can get the songs on ITunes or on the new Then And Now cd.
Welcome to my Who collection. I started listening to The Who in 1983 when I first heard
Tommy. It was the first piece of music that hit me so hard. The story of a boy
with a tough past who beats his demons and ends up with an audience. The very people who
hurt Tommy in the past realize they need him. Tommy offers his knowledge, forgives them
and sings a prayer.
The Who went from singing I hope I die before I get old in the song My Generation
to the creative Tommy. If you learn one thing from The Who, learn the lesson of going from
rebelliousness to creativity.
Enjoy browsing my little Who museum. In the words of Pete Townshend, Take this package
and here's what you do, gonna get this information through.
